So pretty much the end of my first Nutrisystem week, and I'm doing well. The food is actually pretty good, though I'm not eating as much as I should, I'm working on adding in the fruits and vegetables like I'm supposed to. I've only had one slip up and his name is Bob Evans... but I felt like I might die after that incident, so it won't happen again! I'm down five pounds so far, and once I get into my exercise regimine that should improve. Now this from www.loriestories.com :

#2 is totally true. I never throw up unless I have food poisoning. I hate throwing up.
#6 is also good. I do love yellow, the color of rubber ducks! #9 is interesting, since 7 is my lucky number. And all English swans do belong to me! So there. ~G
